Once you press “SEND” our expert team will be notified that your spindle is on its way. If you prefer, download the form and fax it to (704) 922-1217.

You will also receive a copy of the completed form via email. This form must be printed and included with the shipment to PDS. In case of a warranty spindle repair, please contact the service department at
(704) 922-1206.

If you require emergency service, please contact us before shipping your spindle so we can adjust our upcoming service schedule. Emergency services need immediate allocation of technicians and resources. Once received, spindles for emergency service are prioritized over all current scheduled repairs and rebuilds. Emergency service fees will be charged regardless of any unforeseen issues that prevent an estimated completion or scheduled return delivery.

Package the unit carefully and ship it prepaid. If your unit is an ATC spindle, send it with the drawbar. Please include a copy of the completed Service Form that was emailed to you.

Your unit will be inspected and evaluated. A PDS representative will contact you with details and a repair or rebuild quote.

Repairs and rebuilds are completed on-site by our expert certified technicians at PDS. Final assembly, balance, and run-in are completed in our clean room. Old Dominion and UPS handle return shipping unless another preference is noted on the service form. Upon customer approval of the quotation, we typically ship the repaired spindle within 3-5 business days, while rebuilds may take longer. Both repaired and rebuilt units are warranted for 12 months from the date of shipment. Our industry-leading 24-month PrecisionCare warranty is available when a Spindle Health Information Monitoring System is added.
