Your responsibilities:
- Strategic and sustaining acquisition of new customers and development of a customer database in the EU
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Coordinating, planning, and managing European sales activities by following the sales process from discovery to closure
- Prompt generation of quotations and applicable sales orders of all PDS solutions
- Provide project solutions and technical customer support
- Taking appropriate measures to ensure customer loyalty
- Collaborate with American Sales Team at PDS LLC (Charlotte, NC)
Your profile:
- College degree in engineering or comparable technical education
- Experience as a sales professional with technical background
- Effectively communicate (in both German and English), empathize, and lead customers and prospects to sales
- Experience with Microsoft NAV, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools
- Travel to customers in Germany and Europe
- Participation in tradeshows in Germany
