BESSEMER CITY, NC — Precision Drive Systems (PDS), a global solution provider of precision motor spindles, spindle repair services, and expert engineering and support, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, has announced an agreement with Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. (TAI) to serve as a distributor of PDS’ spindle products, spindle repair services, and CNC accessories. TAI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, the general trading company of the Toyota Group with expertise in global supply chain and logistics.
“This will be a mutually beneficial collaboration while achieving complete customer satisfaction,” said Robert Turk, President PDS. “PDS is excited to add a substantial sales team like TAI to assist us in selling our precisely manufactured products to a wider customer base.”

TAI will serve as the representative for PDS’ spindle repair services to its customers. PDS products include new and rebuilt CNC spindles, Spindle Health Monitoring Systems (SHMS), and accessories such as aggregates, variable frequency drives, heat exchangers, tool changers, precision digital stroke gauges, and tool presetters.
