BESSEMER CITY, NC — Precision Drive Systems (PDS), a global provider of precision motor spindles, expert support, and repair near Charlotte, NC, has announced that it has hired Thomas Lesemann as a Sales Manager for PDS GmbH in Herford, Germany.
“Thomas has a very impressive career in technical sales, project commissioning, and customer service,” said Robert Turk, President of PDS. “His vast network of customers and business relationships from the metal, glass, ceramics, and electrical market segments will be a valuable asset in his role at PDS GmbH.” As Sales Manager, Lesemann will work to secure new business and key customers for both new products and repair services for PDS GmbH across the EU.
Thomas Lesemann comes to PDS from PhoenixTM GmbH with more than 30 years of experience securing sales and managing customers across Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Lesemann successfully completed an apprenticeship as an upholsterer before he was trained as a REFA technician with practical experience in metalworking, assembly, and design, and then decided to pursue a career in technical sales.
