BESSEMER CITY, NC — Precision Drive Systems (PDS), a global provider of precision motor spindles, expert support, and repair services near Charlotte, NC, announced Nadine Hancock has been promoted to Customer Service Manager.

Ms. Hancock is now responsible for optimizing the customer experience at PDS. “Nadine will be a tremendous asset in the evolution of our unified culture and strategies to maximize resource synergies to facilitate sales, marketing communications, and account management at PDS”, said Turk.
Ms. Hancock joined PDS in April 2020 as a Customer Service Representative in their North American headquarters near Charlotte, NC. She was then promoted to Charlotte as an Inside Sales Executive in 2022. Prior to PDS, she held various customer service and hospitality management positions in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Nadine is a graduate of Leo-Sympher Vocational College in Minden, Germany.
