You will also receive a copy of the completed form to the email address entered. This form needs to be printed and included in the unit shipment to PDS for our reference to match the spindle to the request. In the event of a warranty spindle repair, please call the service department @ 704-922-1206 to receive a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).
If you need an emergency repair, it is imperative you call us before you ship your tool so we can evaluate our repair schedule. PDS will confirm your Emergency Repair Service request after the tool has been received and inspected by PDS.
Emergency repair service requires allocation of technicians and resources in advance. Emergency saw arbor, moulder spindle and spindle repair requests are placed ahead of normal repairs upon receipt. Expedite fees will apply regardless of unforeseen circumstances preventing a scheduled delivery.
Package unit carefully and ship pre-paid to the location nearest you. Don’t forget to include the copy of the completed Repair Form that was emailed to you.

Within 24 hours of receipt, your unit will be inspected and evaluated for a fee of $350 (Due to complexity, metalworking unit evaluation is up to $1,000- see Terms pdf. If the unit is repaired or replaced, this fee is waived). A PDS representative will contact you with details regarding your unit and a Repair Quote. You have the option to approve the quote or have it re-packaged and returned at your expense.
Repairs are completed on site by our experts at PDS. Final assembly, balance and run-in are completed in our clean room. Return shipping is handled by UPS unless another preference is noted on repair form. Upon customer approval of quotation, we typically ship repaired spindle within 3-4 business days. Repaired units are warrantied for 6 months from shipment date.
