The European headquarters of PDS GmbH is located in Herford, NRW. American customers are served by PDS LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. Both locations offer a global service and local support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Repair of motor spindles based on drawings and instructions with disassembly, damage assessment.
• Manufacturing of new motor spindles based on drawings
• Dynamic balancing and performance testing
• Final quality inspection of all spindles
• Cooperation with the American service and engineering team at PDS LLC (Charlotte, NC)
• Technical support at customer site if requested

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in the fields of electronics, mechanics or mechatronics, or comparable qualifications
• Experience with troubleshooting, testing, repair, balancing and maintenance of technical equipment
• High level of comprehension and independent working style
• Courteous and friendly manner with customers
• Willingness to travel
• Class B driving license
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
